Zelensky urges reciprocal restraint
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called on Russia to agree to a mutual halt to strikes on energy facilities, saying it could help ease the global oil crisis triggered by the war in the Middle East.
"If Russia is ready to stop striking Ukrainian energy facilities, we will not retaliate by targeting its energy sector," Zelensky told reporters.
